Jamba Juice | Summer B 2018 Monday-Thursday  9:00 AM - 10:00 PM | Friday  9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

 

Are you hot after walking around from class to class all day? Cool off with a refreshing smoothie from Jamba Juice. Not only does Jamba Juice have delicious fruit smoothies, you can also make your smoothie more nutritious by adding vitamin boosts and veggies like kale. Or maybe you’re coming from the gym and need a quick recovery shake. Chop’d and Wrap’d is another great place on campus to get a healthy and refreshing meal on hot summer days. Build your own wrap, bowl, or salad using colorful vegetables and lean protein. And guess what? They also offer plant-based proteins such as tofu! Try choosing a whole grain wrap, brown rice, and oil-based dressings to add some extra nutrition.

 

 

 

 

Osprey Café | Summer B 2018 Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM | Saturday & Sunday 10:30 AM - 9:00 PM

 

The Osprey Café is always a great option if you seek variety and flavor. This dining location features a huge salad bar where you can load your plate up with colorful veggies. You can add protein in your salad by choosing beans at the salad station, chicken or tuna salad by the sandwich station or grilled chicken or turkey from the grill station. You could also explore their vegan and vegetarian section for more options. Meals are always changing at the kitchen station to make sure you get that variety. 

 

 

 

 

The Boathouse | Summer B 2018 Monday-Thursday 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Friday 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

 

Have some extra time to kill with some friends? Get a table at the Boathouse! Not only is it a great atmosphere, there are also healthy dining options like the grilled chicken sandwich or the vegetarian burger. You can also ask for a tasty side of grilled vegetables or a fruit cup. Want something delicious and refreshing? Cool off with a Healthy Osprey salad.
